How do I get started?
Sign up, add funds, then open New order. Pick a service, enter the link and quantity, and confirm. Work starts according to that service's terms.
Do you need my account password?
No. We only need a link to a profile or post that is set to public.
How do I contact the team?
Send a ticket from your dashboard. The Ticket menu appears after your first top-up. Include your order ID so we can check it faster.
My count dropped after the order finished. What now?
If the service has a refill guarantee, request a refill from your order history within the guarantee period. Each service's guarantee is listed on the services page.
I entered the wrong link. Can I cancel or get a refund?
Orders are not canceled or refunded if the link was wrong or incomplete, the account or post was not public, or the same link already had an unfinished order. Always check the link before you confirm.
Is my account at risk?
Services work through public links and never log in to your account. Each platform has its own policies, so we suggest starting with a small amount and choosing services with a refill guarantee.
Are there discounts for large orders?
Yes. Discounts depend on your member level, and you can ask the team for special pricing on large orders through a ticket.
